This place rocks! I am a newbie to working out, one of those need to do it but don't want to do it people. The owner, her daughter and all the staff really know how to encourage you. I had things going on at home and missed a month, the personal trainer called to see how i was! I was back in the next day. they nurture a fun, family like atmosphere that makes it fun to sweat! LOL
Has all of the basic equipment. The only thing I could think to improve would be to keep the gym a little colder than 75*. Other than that, nice place to work out.
One of the best fitness centers I've ever belonged to. The Spallino's are great people and help motivate their members!
