Not happy at all I waited for 10 minutes and as soon as I walked to the side the boys behind me got waited on. I was not pleased at all. Very unpleased. This was on Friday September 29th at around 910 at night at the McDonald's in Ponchatoula La 70454. They do not deserved the one star that I had to rate them. Sorry but nothing to sorry.
Restaurant was very filthy had to bring the burger back twice with the special order slip taped to the top of the box saying no onions and both times put onions. Manager had to fix the sandwich herself and then it was correct. Very poor experience

If i could of put no stars i would have. Staff is rude, the floors in the lobby were so greasy we almost didnt make it in the play place standing up right. The play place looks like it hasnt been cleaned in 10 years and please dont ask the staff about their wifi or they will laugh and mock you. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles to the next mcdonalds. I also just watched a guy wait in the parking lot for almost 10 min for a small cup of coffee, while there was no one in the lobby and 4 people behind the counter. WOW, is all i can say. Also the lobby smells like a sour dumpster according to my spouse. This mcdonalds has been like this everytime ive ever been there over the last 4 years, i dont understand why its still open. It should be turned into a chik fil a.
This location is quite possibly the worst fast food restaurant in history. They mess up orders all the time, employees are very rude, and the inside is just filthy. The only reason I go is my kids like a happy meal as a special treat every once in a while. Howevery last visit was the straw that broke the camel's back. Avoid at all costs.
